If you are concerned about any aspect of this product in any way, or if the product arrived defective or damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a note within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement product. We take all inquiries and feedback with open arms.
If in any case this product is just not your cup of tea (very sorry!), we can issue a full refund minus the shipping fee for product returned to us in original packaging with a receipt/proof of purchase, and a note of your concern within 30 days of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus the shipping fee. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
For any shipment-related delivery issues, our policy is 60 day period for us to track down your order before issuing a refund.
