Game changer!
I got this in one of my Therabox subscriptions and holy smokes. I’ve never been able to truly sleep through the night and have always woken up in the morning feeling groggy and still tired. I use 2 sprays (one on each foot and rub them together) and it’s been a game changer. I can tell that I sleep deep and I wake up feeling truly refreshed. Great for before sleeping
I like to spray it on my hands then massage it into the bottoms of my feet at night. It’s not itchy and absorbs quickly rather than getting on the sheets or slippers

Best Sleep (and Pamper) Routine!
